JNE brings its many years of experience with communicating with Stakeholders while helping Communities to recover from disasters; and collaborated with The Positive Purposes Movement [a 501 (3) (c) Non-Profit organization] to create CaringForContacts.com to provide Certified COVID-19 Contact Tracing Services. CaringForContacts.com is designed to help train and employ qualified and capable individuals from socioeconomically disadvantage circumstances as Contact Tracers. Each of these Contact Tracers receives training from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, The Center for Disease Control (CDC),and/or the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO). We already have multiple individuals in Atlanta Certified by one or more of these prestigious organizations as Contact Tracers, and we have the resources to set up SECURE Contact Tracing phone banks and SECURE Contact Tracing Information data bases.
To further ensure the security of the information gathered and shared by our Contact Tracers, we will have an independent 3rd party perform Background Checks and issue each one of them secure business phones and secure business computers. These company-owned secure phones and computers would specifically be set-up for the purposes of Contact Tracing related work only, and their contents and activities can be monitored, locked, tracked via GPS, and even erased remotely.
When the Contact Tracing Process sometimes requires us to send case managers and/or investigators into the field to follow-up with a Case/PUI or Contact, we can also send individuals fromUltraCleanUSA.com with state-of-the-art sanitization equipment and training from the Global Bio-Risk Advisory Council (GBAC) with them. These individuals would serve as Sanitization Safety & Support personnel, and help to sanitize the immediate area in which Contact Tracing Interviews in the field may be conducted; which could help to mitigate further potential spread of COVID-19 for all involved.
Caring for Contacts is a division of The JNE Green Team, INC.
Via our partnership with UltraCleanUSA.com, we also have access to their Enhanced Sanitization & Safety Program (ESSP), and Enhanced Sanitization Documentation and Visualization (ESDV) System. Safety is the most important component of ESSP, safety for the citizens, our clients, and our employees. This starts with our participation in the indicating OURA Ring Anti-COVID-19 program, in which each of our employees has been issued an OURA ring. The OURA ring can detect COVID-19 symptoms up to three days prior. ESSP also includes performing temperature checks of the Contract Tracing Field Crew members via a no-touch handheld infrared thermometer and logging the data with visual confirmation prior to starting each work period. We also have the option to equip each of our Contact Tracing Field Crew members with body cams for ESDV purposes. We believe that in delicate and sensitive operations like these, transparency and confirmation of what takes place during each operation can potentially be of significant importance.
